The journey includes opening and calming of the physical body, cleansing and healing the emotional body, clearing and focusing the mental body, and finally accessing subtler levels, for exploration, liberation, and to effect profound personal change. We will dive deep into the rich world of utter release. Applications:

Tina Taylor, RN, has a Master’s in Counseling, and is a nationally certified yoga teacher. She first studied Yoga Nidra at Satyananda ashrams in Australia and New Zealand in the 1980s. She offers counseling, coaching, yoga, dance, meditation, massage and communications in Corvallis, OR, through her private practice, Heart & Soul Wellness.
