Life demands that we change.  And the 5Rhythms inspire us to make our lives be our art.  So why not allow life's demands that we change be opportunities to discover ourselves new and alive?

To live our lives fully, we must be able to turn encounters with life's challenges into creative dances that open us to new possibilities.  We simply must be able to dance with life:  full, open, embodied dancing with the life that we already have.  This is what we are doing on the dance floor.

The fastest way to reveal our truest, mot authentic selves is through the motion of letting go.  Add to this a generous heart and mind, in the dance, and magic happens.  "True Self" is about dancing the 5Rhythms directly towards our own authenticity.
