Hi - I'm looking for a totally beginning ballet / fundamentals class somewhere in the East Bay or SF. Ideally the class would be kind of "holistic," covering not only ballet movement but also breathing and aligment from a whole body perspective. 

Any recommendations would be much appreciated.
