Dancing the Spiral 5-class series starts next Thursday, Nov. 11, 2010!

What is Dancing the Spiral:
Create time for your own relaxation, rejuvenation and healing this holiday season. Dancing the Spiral combines energy medicine practice of reiki with sacred dance / body movement. Create a specific intention for healing (on any level) at the beginning of every class, and learn a 5-phase, body movement process called Dancing the Spiral that assists you in releasing those energetic blockages inside yourself.

Time: Classes are every Thursday from 7:30-9pm for 5 weeks (ex Thanksgiving)
Location: The Healing Center (inside of Immanuel Pres. Church, 3300 Wilshire Blvd, L. A. CA 90010, between Normandie and Vermont Ave in W. LA)
Cost: $60 per series/$15 per class.

For those interested in joining Critical Mass Dance Company and performing Dancing the Spiral on stage, check out the two performance classes. Open to all. No prior experience necessary.

Dancing the Spiral with Isis Wings starts Friday, November 12
Time: Classes are every Friday from 7-9pm
Location: The Healing Center (inside of Immanuel Pres Church)
Cost: $75 for 4-week class series

Dancing the Spiral with Ribbons starts Saturday, November 13
Time: Classes are every Saturday from 4-6pm
Location: The Healing Center (inside of Immanuel Pres. Church)
Cost: $75 for 4-week class series
