Toxicity in the body becomes thick and sticky obstructing the flow to and from the heart. Our wounds, calamities, traumas and dramas obstruct the movement of our emotional heart: our ability to love and connect. In this workshop, we will use Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythm Movement Practice as our means to ‘de-tox’, opening the channels that flow to the heart, diving in feet first to reclaim our natural fluidity, our inner juiciness so we can begin to clear the way to our fluid heart. Together on the dance floor, discovering what really moves us, greeting what trips us up, and welcoming it all in Wild Devotion.
